Presents
Charity Auction for contemporary art www.auction.arttoday.org The exhibition presents a collection of carefully selected artworks by contemporary artists from Bulgaria and the Balkan region, as well as from Europe and North America. The collection will be open to the public from 28 May to 2 June, 2007, at the Center for Contemporary Art - Ancient Bath. The auction will take place on Saturday, June 2, 2007 at 17:00h local time (GMT +2). You can view the works and participate in the auction online at

Funds gathered from the auction will be used for the restoration of the Ancient Bath exhibition spaces (a 16th century Turkish bath with unique architecture) and will fund the activities of the Center for Contemporary Art - Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

4th edition of the annual project presenting contemporary art from Plovdiv authors
Opening on Tuesday, 17th April, 18.30 in the Ancient Bath premises.
The exhibition is open every afternoon (Mondays excluded) from 13.00 to 18.00.

Only in Plovdiv,
Jupiter Jones, known as punk-rock group №1 in Germany, will have the opportunity to play in the alternative space of Center for contemporary art – Plovdiv. The public of Plovdiv will party with emblematic pieces from the recent albums of the group in the magnetic atmosphere of the "Ancient Bath" premises, which will open from 20.00 with an improvised bar for all willing to "bathe". The bar is part of the unique installation of the avant-gardist Emil Mirazchiev.
